Founded in 1985 by master butcher Vincent Moreau, IronCut Premium Meats began as a small family operation in Montreal's historic Saint-Paul district. Vincent, a third-generation butcher from Lyon, France, brought with him centuries of traditional European butchery techniques and an unwavering commitment to quality.

What started as a modest shop serving the local neighborhood has grown into Montreal's premier destination for exceptional meats.
