1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the IronCut Premium Meats website, mobile application, or any of our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

2. Use of Services

IronCut Premium Meats provides premium quality meat products and related services. You may use our services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or local regulations, rules, or laws
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

3. Product Information and Availability

We strive to provide accurate product information, including descriptions, prices, and availability. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order with us, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time.

Payment must be received in full before products are delivered. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.

5. Food Safety and Handling

As a provider of premium meat products, we take food safety seriously. All our products are handled according to strict food safety standards. However, once products leave our facility, proper handling and storage become your responsibility.

You acknowledge that:

• Perishable products must be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon receipt
• You will follow safe food handling practices
• Products should be consumed by their expiration dates
• We are not responsible for spoilage due to improper handling after delivery

6. Delivery and Returns

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the timeframe specified at the time of order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are limited. If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may require photographic evidence of any issues.

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of IronCut Premium Meats and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IronCut Premium Meats, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount you have paid to IronCut Premium Meats in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec, Canada.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the service.
